Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us. Short, because the product is not complicated.
In force since .
1. Who these are with
These terms are between you and Logical Software,
of Nandini Springfield
Manjari Bk, Hadapsar
Pune, Maharashtra 412308
India,
and they govern your use of the service at
https://sociomanager.com.
GSTIN: 27AVCPP5684N1ZS
Using the service means accepting them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you are confirming you may bind it.
A copy you installed yourself is not covered by these terms. The software is also self-hostable; running your own instance is between you and the licence it came with, not this agreement.
2. What the service does
It schedules and publishes posts to social networks you connect — currently X, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Mastodon, Bluesky and Pixelfed — and reports back the figures those networks make available. A workspace may be shared with colleagues, who get roles that decide what each may do.
Networks may be added or removed as their APIs and terms change. If one is withdrawn we will say so before it stops working.
3. Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for what the people you invite to your workspace do in it.
Give us an email address that reaches you. It is how we send the things that matter — a sign-in link, a notice that a connected account stopped working.
4. Your content stays yours
Everything you write, upload and schedule remains yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service with it: to store it, show it back to your workspace, and send it to the networks you chose at the times you chose.
That permission exists for no other purpose. We do not use your posts or your media to train anything, and we do not publish, licence or sell them.
5. What you may not do
- Publish anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the rights to publish.
- Use the service to send spam, or to operate accounts in a way that breaks the rules of the network they are on. Each network's terms apply to you in full — connecting an account here does not loosen them, and a network suspending an account is between you and that network.
- Connect an account you are not authorised to post from.
- Attack the service: probing it, overloading it, trying to reach another customer's workspace, or working around a limit rather than asking about it.
- Resell access to it as your own product without agreeing that with us first.
Security research is welcome — tell us what you find before you tell anyone else, and do not use real customers' data to demonstrate it.
6. The parts that depend on other people
This is a publishing tool and the publishing happens somewhere else. When a network changes its API, revokes a token, rate-limits an app, rejects a post or goes down, posts will fail — and that is outside our control. We will surface the error rather than hide it, and retry where retrying is sensible.
Schedule important posts with room to spare, and check that they went out. We cannot guarantee a post will be published at an exact moment, because we are not the party that publishes it.
7. Price
Paid plans are listed on the pricing page, with what each one includes. A free plan is available and needs no payment details.
A paid plan is a subscription: it renews automatically on the term you choose — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual — until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the period you are in.
The price shown is the whole of what you pay. There is nothing added at checkout, and it already includes 18% GST.
Your price does not change while you stay on the plan you bought. If we change what a plan costs, that applies to new subscriptions; yours continues at the price you agreed until you change plan or term yourself.
If a renewal payment fails we do not cut the service off that day. Your plan keeps working for 14 days while the payment is retried or you update your details. After that the workspace returns to the free plan — your posts, media and connected accounts are not deleted.
8. Availability
We try to keep the service running and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. There is no uptime guarantee, and we would rather say so than publish a number nothing measures.
9. Ending it
You can stop at any time: disconnect your accounts and ask us to close the workspace. The deletion page describes what is removed and when.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks §5, that is being used to attack the service, or that we are required to act on. Except where something is actively causing harm, we will tell you first and give you a chance to get your content out.
10. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or indirect losses arising from using it — including a post that failed to publish or published late.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Changes
These terms may change as the product does. A material change will be announced on this page and the date at the top will move. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance; if you would rather not, close your account.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Pune, Maharashtra, India, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
