8 networks, done properly.
Most social media scheduling tools advertise a long list of networks and treat them all the same — one box of text, posted everywhere, hoping it fits. Socio Manager takes the opposite bet: a short list, where each network gets its own version of the post, its own character counting and a preview of how it will actually look.
The other half of that bet is being plain about the gaps. What this product does not do is on this page, not discovered three weeks after you started using it.
What it is, and what it is not
It is
- A scheduler and publisher for 8 networks, with a calendar, a composer and a queue.
- A team tool — roles, a review step, and a record of who released which post.
- An automation surface: RSS feeds, CSV import, follow-up rules and an API for the rest.
- Yours to run — self-host it on your own server, or let us host it for you.
It is not
- A whole-internet tool. It publishes to the 8 networks on the homepage and to nothing else — not Facebook Groups. We would rather say so here than let you find out three weeks in.
- A social inbox. There is no unified DM or comment stream. It publishes and it measures; it does not answer.
- A listening product. Analytics cover the accounts you have connected, not the market around them.
Three decisions that shaped the product
Not values on a wall. These are the trade-offs actually made, and each one cost something.
One job, done completely
It schedules and it publishes. It does not listen, it does not answer your messages, and it does not try to be a whole marketing suite. That narrowness is the reason the calendar, the queue and the review step are as finished as they are.
A few networks properly, rather than a dozen thinly
Each network gets its own composer version, its own character counting and a preview of its own chrome. That is the reason the list grows slowly: a network arrives finished or it does not arrive, and the ones that are not here yet are named rather than half-built.
Legible when it breaks
A failed post says which account, which error and when it will retry. Expiring tokens are warned about before they lapse. Deleted posts are recoverable. Every status carries a word, not only a colour.
What is planned, and labelled as planned
These are on the list and are not in the product. If one matters to you, say so on the contact page — it moves things.
- Facebook Groups Planned
- Unified inbox Planned
Who builds it
[WHO YOU ARE — a paragraph. Where the product came from, who maintains it, and why you decided a short list of networks done properly was worth building.] A named, reachable human is the cheapest credibility a self-hosted tool can put on its About page.
